Head of Retail, Fashion Retail (Jakarta)
Our client, a leading footwear company with a long-standing presence in the industry, is continuing its operations as a significant player in the footwear market. They are now looking for a Head of Retail as below detail :
1 MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Lead a multi-store district of talent and be responsible for developing the vision and business strategies vital to achieve sales, operations and organizational goals of customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity in accordance with Company’s Brand philosophy.
2 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the total functioning process of the retail departments including retail operations, real estate and store renovations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and managing total function process of retail departments.
- Provide elevated partnership with the other departments like Marketing, HR, Fiannce, Merchandising, Collection to develop long-term strategies for store, district and territory impact.
- Influence district operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals while maintaining safety and operational standards
- Guide current and new initiatives for Company Future by demonstrating your knowledge of consumer insights, market -place trends and feedback
- Develop country and area budget and forecasting plans that support corporate retail initiatives, including tracking results while analyzing business performance against marketplace/stores
- Build action plans to maximize profitability, productivity and business growth
- Build constructive and collaborative relationships with Company Retail Dealers and manage district performance by staying current with industry trends, consumer experiences, revenue, wages, shrinkage and operating income.
3 SKILLS & SPECIFICATION
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communications skills, includes proficiency in develope and deliver presentations
- Multi-unit retail operations experience and/or have managed a high-volume business.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Demonstrated ability to develop supplier strategies aimed at the development of a long-term viable supply base;
4 EDUCATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
- Min. 10 years experience in Proficient in Retail operations and acumen, budgeting, planning, visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention
