Main Responsibility:
 

  1. Develop and implement promotional strategies across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.), create effective strategies for new initiatives, and manage the promotional calendar.
  2. The Promotion Manager is responsible for allocating and managing the budget for promotional campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  3. Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies.
  4. Collaborate and work closely with all teams (cross-departmentally) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of promotional activities.
  5. Build relationships with vendors, media partners, and other stakeholders to enhance promotional efforts.
  6. Manage promotional materials both online and offline, including overseeing the creation and distribution of such materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing and promotion to implement innovative and effective strategies.
  8. Oversee event planning (offline activations), including the planning and execution of promotional events, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relations.
  9. Develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness and boost engagement.
  10. Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for Films, Series, Soap Operas, and all programs produced by Sinemaku Pictures.
  11. Plan and create a content calendar and communicate it to the team.
  12. Develop and organize competitions and campaigns to promote all products produced by Sinemaku Pictures.
  13. Create effective multimedia content.
  14. Build strong relationships with influencers both on social media and in person.
  15. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and encouraging discussions.
  16. Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of social media accounts for all Sinemaku Pictures programs/productions using tools such as Google Analytics, Brand24, or platform-specific insights to measure campaign success.
  17. Manage the staff in the Promotion & Digital Strategy department.
  18. Educate other staff members on how to use social media to promote the company.
  19. Communicate with clients via phone, email, conference calls, or in-person meetings.
  20. Content creation: develop a content calendar aligned with the brand strategy and create content suited to the target audience.
  21. Campaign Planning: Plan and develop social media campaigns to build brand awareness and online community.
  22. Engagement: Foster an engaged audience to create a loyal follower community.
  23. Brand Development: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
  24. Communication: Use excellent writing and communication skills to respond to inquiries or resolve issues.
  25. Influencer Relations: Strengthen and consolidate connections with social media influencers.

  11. Producing and coordinating original and engaging multimedia content for various social platforms.
  12. Developing, launching, and managing innovative competitions and campaigns to increase visibility of the organization and its brand.
  13. Building strong relationships with influencers across various social media channels.
  14. Conducting audience research.
  15. Managing and nurturing social media communities by responding to posts and encouraging discussions. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting platform performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  16. Identifying consumer trends to inform social media campaign planning.
  17. Enhancing content to drive interaction and community engagement.
  18. Investigating and evaluating the latest tools and strategies to find better metrics for social media activities.
  19. Evaluating competitor actions.
  20. Setting targets to increase brand awareness and grow customer engagement and loyalty.

Skills:

  2. Excellent copywriting and editing skills tailored to each platform—from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques.
