Theo graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in Culture, Society, and Media.
Prior to entering the recruitment world, he has dabbled in the creative world; handling social media, digital advertising, and digital marketing for both local and international brands spanning across industries.
Finally settling in the recruitment world, he has shown capability in doing end-to-end recruitment, business development, and other facets in the business. Initially focusing on tech recruitment for product and product design, he has now embarked on the road to understand other industries as well, hoping to deepen his comprehension on various sectors and add it to his repertoire, to ultimately use it as an asset as a recruitment consultant.
