Nadia is a professional recruiter with a background in psychology, having graduated from Bina Nusantara University. Her journey in the corporate world began in 2014 when she joined a multinational automobile company as a Corporate Recruiter, where she gained valuable insights into talent acquisition and management.
In 2017, Nadia transitioned her career to staffing and recruiting agencies, serving as a Recruitment Consultant and working with several leading Japanese companies. Specializing in engineering disciplines, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with clients across diverse industries such as EPC, Power/ Energy, Manufacturing, construction, trading, automotive, and IT.
