Nabila Primanesha

Nesha is a recruitment consultant with over four years of experience in helping companies find the right talent, especially in technical and commercial roles. With a background in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, she combines a strong understanding of people with a practical, hands-on approach to recruitment.

She’s currently part of the team at Potentia HR Consulting – SpenglerFox, where she works with clients from various industries to support their hiring needs. Before this, she spent three years at Monroe Consulting Indonesia, focusing on executive search, and started her career at Jendela360, a growing property tech startup where she built her foundation in recruitment.

Nesha is known for being detail-oriented, resourceful, and easy to work with. She’s placed a wide range of roles for both local and multinational companies across sectors like Gaming, Financial Services, Logistics, HRIS, Health Tech, and Industrial Automation.
