Operational Manager Monarch, FMCG (Jakarta)

Job Title: Operations Manager – FMCG (Local Perfume)
Location: Pulo Gadung, North Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client & Business Handling

Represent the Directors in meetings with clients and prospective contract manufacturing clients.
Act as the point of contact for issues or escalations requiring managerial-level attention.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are properly communicated to the relevant internal teams.
Maintain professional client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

2. Contract Manufacturing Operations Coordination

Coordinate all PICs responsible for each contract manufacturing client.
Ensure the process runs according to the agreed timeline, from PO → production preparation → factory production → QC → packaging → finished goods → delivery.
Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant PICs.
Identify potential delays or issues and ensure solutions are implemented before they impact the client.

3. Problem Solving & Escalation

Handle and resolve issues arising throughout the contract manufacturing process, including client, production, timeline, and delivery-related matters.
Act as the escalation point when PICs are unable to resolve client-related issues.
Coordinate with the Directors, factory, production, QC, purchasing, warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
