Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: East Jakarta – WFO
Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee their warehouse operations, optimize workflow efficiency, and lead their warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment
- Analyze warehouse and packing workflows, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Manage and lead the warehouse team, providing guidance and direction to ensure smooth daily operations
- Take full responsibility for accurate and timely stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar operational role
- Proficient and comfortable working with EMS and WMS platforms; tech-savvy with a strong ability to adapt to digital systems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess operational flows and implement process improvements
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed
