Procurement Manager, Electronic Retail (North Jakarta)

Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: North Jakarta – WFO
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop procurement systems, processes, and policies to ensure effective, efficient, and standardized operations.
2. Manage the procurement team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and team competency development.
3. Conduct market research and collect procurement-related data to establish market pricing models and maintain the company’s internal pricing standards.
4. Develop, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers, including negotiating pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and partnership agreements.
5. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure sustainable supplier relationships.
6. Ensure timely delivery of all orders and regularly evaluate and optimize procurement costs.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments, including Finance, Warehouse, Sales, E-Commerce, and others, to support smooth business operations.
8. Prepare regular procurement reports and analyses for Management.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor based on the company’s needs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, with at least 4 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
3. Proven experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry or cross-border e-commerce supply chains.
4. Training or certification in Supply Chain Management / Procurement Management is a plus.
5. Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, strategies, and processes, with the ability to develop and implement structured working systems.
6. Proven experience in supplier development and evaluation, price negotiation, payment terms, and quality control.
7. MUST be proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, particularly for coordination with suppliers from China.
8. Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
9. Comfortable working with targets, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
10. Maximum age: 37 years old.

Key Skills:

1. MUST be proficient in Mandarin, including speaking, writing, and listening.
