Sales Supervisor PC Acc, Electronic Retail (North Jakarta)

Job Title: Sales Supervisor PC Acc. (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: North Jakarta – WFO

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch sales targets
• Manage and supervise branch-level sales operations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with relevant departments to support sales execution
• Plan and roll out sales programs and promotional initiatives
• Conduct manpower planning (MPP) for the sales team
• Conduct field monitoring and market visits to track performance and market conditions
• Lead sales meetings and prepare performance reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major
• 5–7 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or Senior Manager
• Prior experience in the Electronics, Home Living, Convenience Goods, Gadget Accessories, PC, or LCD industries
• Experience leading a national or regional sales team
• Strong understanding of distribution systems, retail, and modern trade channels
• Active spoken Mandarin required
