Job Title: Sales Executive for Personal Care
Location: South Jakarta
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy are preferred
Min. 2 years sales experience with proven sales growth record
Good understanding of Personal Care market trend, dynamics, key & potential players
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Demonstrate creative & analytical thinking
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, highly motivated, result-oriented with excellent time management

Responsibilities:

Manage & grow customers in Personal Care which in line with company strategic plan
Negotiate and close contract/ business deal to ensure optimal pricing & profitability
Actively share product presentation in regular visit or special customer events (seminar, customer day, training, etc)
Develop & nurture healthy pipeline with high conversion level for both short term & long term
Effectively handling inquiries & complaints by providing relevant solution
Deliver accurate and timely forecast & report
Provide market intelligence and feedback
Synergize with other function to deliver best service for customers’ satisfaction
