MEP Supervisor / MEP Specialist

About the Project
Our Client is offering an opportunity for highly dedicated professionals to join the supervision team for a strategic infrastructure project involving the construction of a Rest Area / Rest and Service Facility (TIP) in North Sumatra.
Job Description
- Supervision & Monitoring: Conduct daily supervision and monitoring of the progress and quality of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works carried out by the contractor on site.
- Specification Compliance: Ensure that all MEP installations, including electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems, comply with the Work Plan and Specifications (RKS), approved shop drawings, and applicable Indonesian National Standards (SNI).
- Coordination & Evaluation: Coordinate regularly with the contractor, project management, and technical team regarding technical issues encountered on site and provide practical solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering MEP work progress, technical issues, and recommended corrective actions for the Project Manager.
- Quality Control & HSE: Ensure that site activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) procedures and the company’s established quality control standards.
General Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP project supervision or execution, preferably in infrastructure, building, commercial, or rest area projects.
- High-performing fresh graduates with a strong understanding of MEP are also welcome to apply, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reading and analyzing MEP technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of regulations, technical standards, and electrical and plumbing materials.
- Proficient in supporting engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel.
- Supporting Competencies:
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Assertive, highly ethical, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines, with an estimated project duration of 6 months.
- Willing to be assigned to the project site in North Sumatra.
