Project Coordinator, Energy, Jakarta Selatan
Key Responsibilities
Solar PV Design
– Prepare preliminary and detailed PV system designs, including project layout covering civil,
electrical and mechanical aspects (with the Civil Engineer).
– Select and specify major components (modules, inverters, mounting, transformers, BESS, etc.)
based on site conditions and commercial targets.
– Coordinate with EPC partners and vendors on technical design inputs and clarifications.
Feasibility Studies (Pre-FS & FS)
– Assess site suitability: land technical assessment (with the Civil Engineer and Land Specialist),
grid proximity, solar resource, and preliminary constraints.
– Prepare pre-FS and full project FS documentation combining technical assessment with
capacity and generation estimates.
– Coordinate with external technical consultants on FS inputs, review, and vetting, and ensure
their deliverables are integrated into the project documentation.
– Prepare and arrange project capex estimates, and provide technical inputs (capacity, yield,
capex/opex assumptions) to feed project financial models.
Tender & Bid Preparation
– Prepare technical documents for PLN and private tenders: technical proposals, compliance
matrices, bill of quantities (BoQ), and design basis.
– Ensure submissions meet tender technical requirements and deadlines.
– Coordinate technical inputs across internal teams (incl. the Legal Team) and external
consultants/EPCs.
Grid Connection & Regulatory Support
– Support the preparation of the Grid Connection Study (GCS) together with the appointed
technical consultant.
– Support TKDN (local content) review and commitment preparation together with the Legal
Team and external assessor (if required).
Proposal Preparation
– Develop technical sections of client-, investor-, and offtaker-facing proposals (pre-proposal and
final proposal for private/PPU projects).
– Produce clear supporting materials: layouts, yield summaries, and technical narratives.
– Assist in preparing presentation materials that translate technical detail into decision-ready
content.
General Project Support
– Support client-facing activities for private (PPU) projects: initial meetings, technical advice, and
site visits together with the Civil Engineer and Land Specialist.
– Maintain organized project documentation and a technical library of designs, simulations, and
datasheets.
– Support the BD pipeline with technical due diligence on prospective projects.
– Track key technical standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Indonesian solar
projects.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical
discipline.
– Min 3 years of relevant experience in solar PV, gained at a developer, EPC contractor, or
engineering consultant.
– Working proficiency in PVsyst.
– Good understanding of solar PV fundamentals: components, system configuration, and
performance drivers.
– Professional written and spoken English, sufficient for reports, proposals, and correspondence.
– Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
