Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to evaluate business performance across manufacturing operations and support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner closely with senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations on profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management.
  • Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform variance analysis, identifying key drivers behind deviations from budget or forecast and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare timely, accurate management reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and other departments to gather relevant data and align financial planning with operational realities.
  • Monitor key business and financial performance indicators, proactively flagging risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects, business cases, and analyses as required by management.

Key Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese
  • English intermediate proficiency
  • Solid experience in both Financial Analysis and Operational Analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting decision-making on profitability, business performance, and risk management.
  • Strong business partnering capability, with excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment.
