Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to evaluate business performance across manufacturing operations and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations on profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management.
- Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying key drivers behind deviations from budget or forecast and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare timely, accurate management reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and other departments to gather relevant data and align financial planning with operational realities.
- Monitor key business and financial performance indicators, proactively flagging risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Support ad hoc financial projects, business cases, and analyses as required by management.
Key Requirements
- Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- English intermediate proficiency
- Solid experience in both Financial Analysis and Operational Analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting decision-making on profitability, business performance, and risk management.
- Strong business partnering capability, with excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment.
