IT Head, Education (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s ERP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, bugs, and technical problems while driving continuous system enhancements and process improvements.
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across multiple school branches, from planning and stakeholder alignment through deployment, user adoption, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including both academic and non-academic teams (local and expatriate employees), to ensure successful ERP implementation and ongoing system utilization.
Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries, providing guidance, user support, and training where required.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within scope and schedule.
Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and the organization’s operational objectives.
Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure to support business continuity and the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Manager, IT Head, or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and leading multiple ERP implementation projects from planning through successful completion.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop IT teams while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and expatriate employees.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
