Finance Manager, Chemicals (Jakarta)

Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including AP, AR, treasury, cash flow, and leasing.
Serve as the main contact for banks, financiers, and leasing partners.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments, collections, and funding activities.
Lead a finance team of approximately 20 employees.
Strengthen procedures, team communication, and operational effectiveness.
Support audits, reporting, and local compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, with strong exposure to banking, financing, treasury, and cash flow management.
Proven experience leading an operational finance team.
Mandarin & English skill is a must
