Key Account Manager, Food Ingredients (West Jakarta)
Job Position: Key Account Manager
Job Location: West Jakarta
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to have long-term partnerships.
- Driving sales growth and ensuring the achievement of both revenue and profitability targets in assigned customers.
- Identify new customers and new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of our product & services portfolio
- Plan and execute business development by coordinating with other departments and tailored marketing concepts to give excellence customer experience and bring more leads.
- Do budgeting and accurate forecasting to ensure company’s target achieved.
- Coordinate with the inside sales team, customer service and other key functions in supporting a seamless end-to-end business process
- Providing reports, updates and insights as per company standard requirement to the line manager.
- Analyze market and competitor activities and define appropriate approach.
Qualifications:
- > total 10 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the Food & Beverages industry, preferably in Food ingredients and have a good understanding of Food & Beverage Ingredients/ Products
- Successfully completed minimum Bachelor’s Degree (can be Food Science & Technology, Engineering, Economy or equivalent, but major is not a limitation)
- Good communication skill and high integrity
- Have systematic way of thinking and able to lead several complex projects in dynamic business environments and high level of customer focus
- Have good relationship and network across levels with key customers in Indonesia and also ability to foster relationships
- Excellent sense for urgency, ownership and sense of belongings
- Teamwork abilities, organized, target oriented, good relationship abilities
- Experienced and comfortable with digital sales processes (SAP, Outlook, etc)
- Fluent English skills is a must
