Job Title: Campaign Manager
Job Brief:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Plan campaign strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, sales, and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaign initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
