Job Title: Campaign Manager
Job Brief:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Plan campaign strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, sales, and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all campaign initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Female.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Must be willing to comply with and sign an NDA and a 3-year Non-Compete Agreement upon employment.
