Environmental Engineer, MRT Projects (Jakarta)

Job Position: Environment Engineer – MRT CP205 Project Site
Job Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations, AMDAL requirements, and JICA Environmental & Social Guidelines.
Implement and monitor environmental management programs, including waste management, air/noise/water monitoring, pollution prevention, and site environmental controls.
Prepare environmental reports and coordinate with government authorities, clients, contractors, and JICA stakeholders.
Conduct environmental inspections, audits, training, and incident investigations, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support implementation of environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and promote sustainability awareness on site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science.
Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in MRT, railway, tunneling, or large infrastructure projects.
Experience in international projects is preferred
Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, AMDAL, and environmental compliance.
Good coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
AMDAL certification and familiarity with ISO 14001 are advantages.
