Job Title: Senior Merchandiser for Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development through order execution and shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely development and production.
Handle product costing, price negotiations, and margin analysis to ensure commercial competitiveness.
Review customer requirements and translate them into actionable production plans.
Monitor sampling, approvals, material sourcing, and production timelines.
Track order status and proactively resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order updates, and forecasting data.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, sourcing, quality, and logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (GPA > 3.00), preferably in STEM/MIPA-related disciplines.
5–8 years of experience in merchandising within the garment/apparel export industry.
Strong experience in product development and costing.
Proven experience handling international buyers and export-oriented apparel business.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent project coordination abilities.
