Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and results-driven Country Manager to lead and expand our operations in Indonesia. The office has been in existence for 15 years and a current staff of around 10 persons. We wish to rapidly expand the business in several locations and those have been identified.
Based in Jakarta, this leadership role will play a pivotal part in accelerating our market presence, strengthening strategic client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth across the Industrial Air Quality (IAQ) and HVAC solutions market.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial leader with strong team management and local P&L ownership experience to represent a leading brand in environmental control systems while shaping the next phase of growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most important markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute the country growth strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration across IAQ and HVAC solution segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts within industrial, commercial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data center, and institutional sectors.
  • Strengthen the company’s footprint and brand visibility in Indonesia.

2) Sales & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead the country sales organization to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify strategic opportunities.

3) P&L Operational Management

  • Take full ownership of country-level P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
  • Drive performance management through KPIs, reporting, and commercial analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with regional leadership on strategic planning and execution.

4) Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales, technical, and operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer excellence.
  • Build organizational capability and succession planning for long-term growth.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional coordination across sales, service, engineering, and operations.

5) Customer & Technical Engagement

  • Act as the key representative of the company in Indonesia.
  • Support major customer engagements, solution presentations, and strategic negotiations.
  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized IAQ and HVAC solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IAQ, HVAC, environmental control systems, industrial solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with knowledge of P&L responsibility.
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and leading market expansion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong network within Indonesia’s industrial, commercial, and construction sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
