MEP Electrical Supervisor, MRT Projects (Jakarta)
Job Position: MEP Work Supervisor (Electrical)
Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor (Electrical) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building or underground metro projects.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works including cable tray installation, cable laying, and MCT (Multi Cable Transit) fixing, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and Indonesian regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor cable tray installation ensuring proper alignment and support.
- Oversee cable laying activities (LV, MV, control, communication cables).
- Ensure proper installation of MCT (Multi Cable Transit) systems.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and manage NCR closures.
- Maintain progress reports and update management.
- Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and documentation.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise or underground metro projects.
- Strong knowledge of cable tray, cable laying, and MCT installation.
- Familiarity with IEC/BS standards and Indonesian regulations.
Certifications (Mandatory):
- Relevant Indonesian certifications (SKA/SKT or equivalent).
- K3 Safety Certification.
- Additional certifications are an advantage.
