Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Job Description:

Responsible for sales operations and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Visit schools/educational institutions, deliver presentations and consultations, provide excellent service quality, and maintain good relationships in accordance with company standards.
Possess in-depth knowledge and the ability to clearly explain all company programs and products to provide the best solutions for customer needs.
Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
Responsible for promotional activities within the assigned area.
Develop sales strategies for the sales team to achieve targets.
Demonstrate a strong target-oriented mindset in achieving sales performance.
Provide direction, guidance, and performance monitoring for the sales team in the assigned area.
Regularly evaluate and improve team performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.10.
Maximum age of 35 years old.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high-quality performance, and collaborate effectively across divisions.
Willing to travel for business trips.
Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS score of 5.5).
Placement in Meruya, West Jakarta.
