Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and execute product management activities for assigned portfolio
Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales team to drive product performance and revenue achievement
Coordinate with principals/vendors regarding product updates, launches, and commercial activities
Prepare sales forecasts, pricing analysis, and business performance reports
Support product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
Work cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, and regional teams
Monitor product lifecycle and recommend improvement strategies

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related commercial roles
Experience handling B2B products, healthcare, medical device, life science, or related industries is preferred
Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
