Job Title: Business Analyst Junior
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Reporting to: Head of Software Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
This position is required to work night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis & Design
- Engage with the stakeholders to understand current processes, pain point, and automation opportunities.
- Document and model workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Develop as-is- and to-be process maps, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
- Workflow & System Implementation
- Work with software developers and business unit leaders to translate process models into executable workflows.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for workflow automation systems.
- Collaborate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
- Support workflow deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
