Exploration Manager, Mining (Morowali, Sulawesi)

Job Description:

Planning, organizing and monitoring all nickel exploration activities,
periodically reporting exploration activities in the form of weekly,
Monthly and quarterly and making improvements so that all activities run safely, effectively and efficiently.
Managing exploration team.
Producing assessments and recommendations on potential mergers and acquisitions for nickel resources.
Meeting with vendors of potential acquisitions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Geologist and related education
15 – 25 years of experiences
Mastering aspects of nickel exploration.
CPI Certified, Quality management system (ISO 9001), proper (awareness), ISO 14001 (awareness), ISO 45001 (awareness) Service Management, Waste Management, Kaizen 5S, budgeting, basic knowledge of K3L, SMKP, etc.
Able to operate a computer well and master MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email, and Internet.
Able to speak a foreign language (English) both verbally and in writing
