Job Overview:
The Doctor Sp.DVE will act as a medical partner responsible for delivering dermatology and aesthetic treatments while supporting clinic revenue growth through high-quality patient care, treatment execution, and participation in promotional and educational programs provided by the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dermatology, venereology, and aesthetic medical consultations and treatments according to professional medical standards.
- Perform aesthetic procedures and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, service quality, and treatment outcomes.
- Support clinic business objectives through achievement of monthly performance targets.
- Participate actively in clinic promotional programs and treatment campaigns organized by the clinic.
- Maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and treatment continuity.
- Collaborate with clinic management and medical teams to improve service quality and treatment offerings.
- Attend training programs, including overseas training for new treatment programs when assigned.
- Comply with clinic SOPs, medical ethics, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Specialist Doctor (Sp.DVE) – Dermatology, Venereology & Esthetics.
- Open for Fresh Graduates (Education program provided by clinic) or Senior Doctors (≥10 years experience).
- Currently practicing in maximum 3 clinics.
- Strong professional commitment and resilient mindset to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and patient handling skills.
- Willing to work under partnership scheme and performance-based system.
