Job Title: Pricing & Customer Service
Location: South Jakarta (Cyber area)
Reports to: Country Manager – India & Philippines
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing & Quotation

  • Prepare and provide accurate air and sea freight quotations to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents for rate requests and updates
  • Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases
  • Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation) and tenders in a timely manner

2. Negotiation & Carrier Management

  • Negotiate competitive rates with carriers (airlines and shipping lines) and partners
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with local and international carriers

3. Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with competitive pricing to help win new business
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and assist in converting opportunities into confirmed bookings

4. Customer Service & Coordination

  • Maintain good relationships with overseas agents and partners
  • Collaborate with the HQ team for pricing validation and operational alignment
  • Ensure all pricing activities align with company profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Knowledge of air and sea freight operations
  • Experience with pricing, quotations, RFQs, or rate negotiation
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
