Job Title: Overseas Factory Management Trainee (Supply Chain) – Local People (Chinese/Indonesian)
Job Location: Solo, Central Java
Company Overview:
We are recruiting overseas factory-based management trainees within the Group’s supply chain organization. Selected candidates will be assigned or rotated to overseas footwear manufacturing facilities, where they will be directly involved in factory-level supply chain and procurement operations. The program aims to develop future key talents capable of independently managing factory supply chain functions, procurement activities, and operational coordination.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Factory Supply Chain & Production Support
   • Assist with order scheduling, capacity planning, and delivery timeline tracking
   • Monitor production progress, report issues, and coordinate the resolution of production line abnormalities
   • Maintain close communication with production, quality, sales, and headquarters supply chain team
2. Local Supplier Development & Management
   • Develop and manage local supplier resources, promote localized sourcing, and reduce single-supplier risk
   • Participate in local supplier evaluation, onboarding, and basic supplier management activities
3. Material Tracking & Material Issue / Customer Complaint Handling
   • Track raw material arrivals, production usage, and inventory status at the factory level
   • Assist in handling material issues such as shortages, quality discrepancies, or non-conformance
   • Coordinate with suppliers, quality teams, and factory personnel to conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective action
4. Procurement Process Optimization & Project Execution
   • Participate in cross-functional projects involving sales, production, procurement, and quality teams
   • Support the optimization of requisition, purchasing, material receipt, and inspection processes
   • Assist with ERP system enhancements and related initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and transparency at the factory level

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Education: Associate / Bachelor / Master’s degree in any field
• Language:
  • English and Chinese: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (Intermediate Level)
  • Willingness to improve English proficiency
• Support the optimization of requisition, purchasing, material receipt, and inspection processes
• Assist with ERP system enhancements and related initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and transparency at the factory level

Preferred Qualifications / Strong Plus:

1. Internship or experience in footwear, textile, or garment manufacturing
2. Courses in supply chain management, manufacturing management, or ERP
3. On-site manufacturing / factory visits or related project experience
4. Knowledge of a second language (Indonesian)
