Regional Sales Head, West Java

We are seeking for a Regional Sales Head to achieve of optimum sales targets by driving sales activities within assigned territory by managing sales team, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, reviewing market analysis and monitoring pricing objectives. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the desire and ability to identify business needs, areas of improvement and objectives through research and data backed decision making that will empower them to make recommendations on appropriate business initiatives.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies, plans, and budgets for the region to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.
  • Plan for the achievement of individual and regional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
  • Maintain and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, and administrative task efficiently for the region.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for the region.
  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts.

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent in a managerial level. Experience in the Building Material is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals as a Regional Sales Head/Area Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work proficiently on a cross functional team to achieve sales targets.  
  • Strong organizational skills with a creative problem solving.
  • Excellent time management, communication, customer services, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel in a certain period of time.
  • Vacant position for Bandung, West Java.
