Feedstock Manager (Sei Mangkei, Simalungun), Palm Oil Refinery
Job Description:
▪ Maintain a good relationship with the transporter considering their vital role in SBE supply and main source of
information, Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders such as production and lab.
▪ Liaise with refineries on SBE contracts, understand and do future planning concern to our business requirement,
handle day-to-day SBE collection related matters to maintain good rapport and service standards of the company.
▪ Monitor/conduct daily SBE stock quantities reconciliation in order to support plant requirements and storage facilities.
▪ Monitor/conduct visual inspection of SBE received and submit samples to lab for quality verification.
▪ Inform the refinery and the concerned internal departments on the appropriate corrective measures to be taken in
cases of SBE quality issues
▪ Coordinate and monitor the operations of external warehouses for efficient SBE storage.
▪ Monitor day to day SBE receiving manifesto documentation and ensure B3 materials reporting such as festronik,
SIMPEL to KLH/government departments
▪ Liaise with refineries and transporters for ISCC declaration forms and ensure the timely copies
▪ Plan and coordinate oil bulking and its export shipment as per contract/customer requirement
▪ Ensure and monitor smooth operation from concern departments (Lab, External Surveyor, transporter ) and timely
submission of export documentation to the customers
▪ Develop new customers for ePP. Manage and monitor the movement of Eco Processed Pozzolan (EPP) and Eco
Mineral (EM) from the plant to customers for their usage.
▪ Manage relationship with external vendors ( Forwarder, transporter ) and relevant statutory bodies ( ESKA, Custom ,
KLH )
▪ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly SBE/ePP/EM reports to internal stakeholders/management
▪ Ensure logistics will keep following records from refineries and transporters related to SBE/EM/ePP:
▪ SBE Delivery Orders from all refineries
▪ Manifesto , DLH/KLH online reporting copies (festronic, SIMPEL )
▪ Warehouse mass balance and reporting
▪ ISCC declaration forms
▪ EM – Manifesto/WB Tickets
▪ ePP – Delivery orders/ WB tickets
Requirements:
▪ At least a bachelor degree, in any administration/ logistic management will be additional advantage
▪ Minimum 10 years of experience with at least Five (5) years working experience in logistics management (relevant
area)
▪ Open for Expatriate only
▪ Interpersonal skills (team player, problem solving, public relations)
▪ Computer proficiency (Word, Excel), Possess a driving license, willing to travel, Command on languages (English &
Bahasa Indonesia)
