Oncology Sales Manager, Healthcare (Jakarta)

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Strategic & Commercial Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for oncology product portfolio to achieve revenue and market share targets.
    • Collaborate with Product Management to align sales strategies with product lifecycles, launches, and marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
    • Lead new product launches by coordinating with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists to maximize individual and team performance.
    • Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
    • Organize and deliver product and sales training to ensure the team has strong technical and commercial expertise.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the oncology sector.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and escalate customer issues when necessary.
    • Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
    • Provide market feedback to support product innovation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
    • Ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business objectives.

 
Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the oncology therapeutics landscape, including products, indications, and treatment protocols.
  • Proven track record in sales management, including team leadership and target achievement.
  • Deep knowledge of the Jabodetabek healthcare market and established relationships with hospital networks and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in product launches and portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related medical/science field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
  • Experience in oncology product sales is required.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, engaging with healthcare professionals, and delivering sales results.
