Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Location: Cikarang, Bekasi
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers and project opportunities.
- Present company products and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, production).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and customer updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering or Marketing background is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Sales Executive (construction / building materials / B2B is preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to work mobile / field-based.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Own vehicle and driving license are a plus.
