  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive positive change within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the energy and utilities sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing people development initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
