Junior-Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies, hiring trends, and market challenges.
  • Manage job intake meetings and ensure clarity in job briefs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Deliver high service satisfaction and ensure repeat business.

2️⃣ Business Development

  • Grow business from existing accounts and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Present proposals, negotiate fees, and close business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

3️⃣ Advanced Candidate Management

  • Source, attract, and assess high-potential candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure culture and role fit.
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process, including salary negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.

4️⃣ Recruitment Process & Delivery Excellence

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and post-placement support.
  • Submit high-quality candidate profiles and shortlist reports to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM / ATS systems.
  • Comply with company policies, data confidentiality, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years in recruitment agency or relevant field with proven billings.
  • Experience placing mid-to-senior level roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
