Sales Manager, Water Treatment, Jakarta
With strong growth plans in MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) solutions, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead expansion in Indonesia for Water Waste Management industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for water and wastewater treatment solutions, with strong focus on MBR, RO, and UF membrane systems
- Manage and expand customer relationships across industrial, commercial, EPC, and government (PDAM) sectors
- Lead, coach, and manage 2 sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and key projects across Sumatra, West Java, and Central Java
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with principals and overseas HQ, including sales reporting and coordination in English
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines in the Indonesian water treatment market
- Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and management reports
Job Requirements
- Preferably male, aged 40–45 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or membrane-related sales
- Strong knowledge of MBR systems, RO/UF membranes, or water treatment technologies
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and regional sales coverage
- Willing to travel frequently across assigned regions
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
