Job Position: Co-Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the plant.
- Ensure production and quality control meet established standards.
- Monitor and test plant processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with department heads on purchasing, production, and distribution.
- Staff and Leadership
- Oversee and lead plant staff, including supervisors.
- Motivate employees and foster a positive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and on-board new employees.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage schedules to ensure coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintenance and Equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and conduct safety checks.
- Work with engineering teams on equipment planning and improvements.
- Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the inventory of raw materials, parts, and finished goods to maintain required stock levels.
- Coordinate Logistics: Work with supply chain to ensure a smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Plan for Future Needs: Create records, replenish stock, and plan for future requirements based on production schedules and forecasts.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in Manufacturing.
- Proven analytical skills and a solid aptitude in Mathematics, supported by consistently high Math performance.
