Position: System Integration cum Telecommunication System Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably with a focus on Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering).
- Familiarity with various railway subsystems (e.g., Telecommunication, SCADA, Signaling) and their integration requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication systems and interface management principles and practices.
- Experience with testing and commissioning processes for telecommunication systems and integrated systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian permit systems for various subsystems.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Prior experience in MRT/LRT/High-Speed Railway projects in a similar role is desirable.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
Years of Experience in Railway
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunication systems and system integration, preferably within the railway or infrastructure project industry.

System Integration cum Telecommunication System Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the development and execution of the telecommunication system and integration plan, including defining interfaces, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate integration activities across different work packages, contractors, and internal teams (e.g., signaling, rolling stock, power supply, communications, fare collection, platform screen doors).
- Facilitate regular integration meetings/workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Track integration progress and proactively identify roadblocks or conflicts.
2. Interface Management
- Manage and maintain Interface Coordination Documents (ICDs) for clear system boundary definitions and interactions.
- Monitor implementation of interfaces and verify compliance with project specifications.
- Address and resolve interface-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
3. Testing and Commissioning Support
- Support development and execution of on-site testing and commissioning plans for telecommunication and integrated systems.
- Coordinate with testing teams to ensure tests are effectively and efficiently conducted.
- Analyze test results and support resolution of integration-related test failures.
- Assist in preparing handover documentation for integrated systems.
4. Technical Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of telecommunication and integration activities, issues, and progress.
- Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and related documentation.
- Escalate critical integration issues to the System Integration Manager or Project Manager.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate integration progress and challenges effectively to all relevant parties.
