Direct Reporting: Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage in development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
  • Manage spent budgets effectively to maximize marketing ROI
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics (awareness, market share, brand health).
  • Make communication strategy, internal and external all of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor live performance metrics (viewers, engagement rate, conversion rate, GMV) and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure live streaming operation and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Work closely with social media specialist, KOL specialist and content creator to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 1 year experience as Brand Manager in Skin Care or Beauty Industry
  • Strong in business mindset, analytical power, digital media & social media (IG, TikTok)
  • Familiar with handling big campaign (Online & Offline), live streaming all platform, brand strategy & promotion
  • Commonly in brand activation, branding/visibility, ads and market analysis/pricing
  • Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
  • Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented
