We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager Production to lead end-to-end operations in a reputable garment company. This role will oversee production planning, execution, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery for global buyers.
�� Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall production operations across multiple units.
- Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Manage workforce planning, training, and performance of production teams.
- Collaborate with other departments (PPIC, QA, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with international standards, audits, and certifications.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in garment / apparel manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior production leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and quality systems (TQM, ISO, WRAP, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale garment production for export markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
