Qualifications & Experience

Must understand property agreements and legal aspects
Notary knowledge required
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written (English proficiency essential)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property legal or related fields
Experience handling international projects — particularly in Hong Kong and Russia
Male or female, but preferred male under 45 years old
Willing to relocate (relocation allowance may be provided)
