About the position of Service Operations Lead

What to expect of the Service Operations Lead position?

Working as a Service Operations Lead at this Company means that you are responsible for managing service operations activities for specific clients and meeting the agreed (technical) requirements.
As Service Operations Lead, you take care of the client expectations by maximizing uptime of the Company equipment. It is expected that you can estimate remotely what kind of problems a customer is facing and how to prioritize this.
You take care of a direct follow-up, keeps the customer informed, makes sure for a good information transfer to the Company disciplines as well as the Field Service Engineers (solve the problem on the spot) and accompanies the project from Office until it is to satisfaction completed.

Determining and coordinating the scope of the service operation activities for a specific client or group of clients;
Identifying, follow up and migrate risks or seeing opportunities to ensure on-time delivery;
Being the first technical point of contact for the clients;
Motivating the assigned teams;
Acting as a supervisor of the Service Operations

Bachelor level, Technical or Relevant work experience in multidisciplinary, international technical projects in the maritime or offshore industry.
