Assistant Sales Manager – Gas Phase Filtration (Jakarta/Surabaya)
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage all sales operations for the Gas Phase Filtration division across assigned
accounts in the Indonesia region.
– Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by management.
– Develop tailored proposals and follow up with prospective clients to secure new business.
– Design and execute strategic action plans to grow market share and penetrate new segments.
– Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities and leads generated through field activities
and networking.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including M&E
consultants, contractors, and end users.
– Negotiate and close sales contracts with a focus on value-based selling.
– Monitor industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide market feedback to inform
business strategy.
– Prepare and present regular reports including sales performance, strategic initiatives, and lost
business analysis.
– Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility
and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
– Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in industrial equipment and
machinery—preferably in Gas Phase Filtration systems.
– Background in the Filtration and/or HVAC industry is highly preferred.

– Self-Management: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment across Southeast Asia.
– Mobility: Must have own transport and be willing to travel extensively within Indonesia and the
ASEAN region.
