Our client is a well-established distributor of building materials in Indonesia, founded in 2009. The company specializes in the production and marketing of sandwich panels and building insulation products, with a strong presence in various commercial and industrial projects.
Job Description
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Coordinate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide clear direction and guidance to subordinates
- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to close deals and develop opportunities
- Plan, organize, and control ongoing sales and marketing projects
- Ensure the team operates in line with company strategies and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong project exposure, especially in Sales/Marketing project execution
- Proven leadership, managerial, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and innovative
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong network with large corporations, contractors, and consultants
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
