POSITION: UNIT HEAD MANUFACTURING – PLANT MANAGER
(Painting & Decoration – Automotive Interior Parts)

A growing automotive component manufacturing company undergoing transformation is seeking a resilient leader to oversee the senior production team in the Painting & Decoration area. We are looking for a candidate who not only has strong technical expertise but also exceptional leadership skills to drive change toward becoming a world-class company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire manufacturing and operations process
- Build a performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement
- Drive the implementation of Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices on the production line
- Set and ensure the achievement of targets in production, quality, efficiency, and workplace safety
- Serve as a leadership role model capable of inspiring and guiding an experienced senior team
- Collaborate cross-functionally (QA, Maintenance, PPIC, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials); Master’s degree preferred
- At least 12 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or interior parts industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading production teams/lines
- Proficient in English is preferred
- Strong leadership skills, firm yet communicative, and capable of leading change
- Deep technical understanding of painting processes and decorative techniques
- Experienced in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management
- Skilled in building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
