A rapidly growing technology-driven company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting & Finance department. This role is pivotal in driving accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting the company’s ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., BEI, OJK) while ensuring timely submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards (preferably familiar with PSAK 73), external audit processes, OJK regulations, and tax obligations.
- Coordinate with auditors, IT teams, and regulatory institutions (e.g., BEI and OJK).
- Develop, implement, and review strategic SOPs and finance/accounting policies to mitigate financial risk.
- Review and monitor reconciliations of key account balances, including banks, loans, fixed assets, deposits, and payables.
- Provide sound knowledge and oversight of taxation matters such as tax returns, corporate income tax, withholding tax (WHT), and tax planning.
- Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for improvements to accounting processes.
- Support business units by preparing financial projections and ensuring proper treatment of reporting changes in financial statements.
- Lead and manage all accounting and finance-related functions within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, and Budgeting.
- Solid background in technical accounting research and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of financial data.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting systems and reporting tools, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance practices, GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,
