Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with manufacturers and distributors in the Personal Care segment.
- Drive revenue growth in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to production orders.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, lab, and production teams.
- Travel to meet clients, nurture accounts, and expand product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to establish and maintain buying relationships.
- Manage and grow key accounts in the Jakarta region.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years in chemical sales for Personal Care (MUST HAVE).
- Proven track record in new business development, especially with midsize accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Chemistry background a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization, time management, and strategic planning skills.
