We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to join a reputable company in the electrical and industrial power solutions sector, located in Cikarang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose sales plans and load growth strategies in line with market trends
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and business development goals
- Establish and maintain a strong image of excellent customer service
- Continuously improve departmental systems and contribute to strategic planning
- Ensure effective coordination within the department and with other divisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- 6-10 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or 3+ years as Assistant Manager in Marketing or Account Executive roles, ideally within the electrical or power plant industry
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, mechanical equipment, or energy solutions
- Experience in managing B2B sales, tenders, and corporate clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willing to be based in Cikarang
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in executing effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights and drive data-based decisions
- Familiarity with the energy, utilities, or power generation sectors
- Demonstrated success in leading projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
