HRGA Manager, FMCG (West Jakarta)
We’re looking for HRGA Manager!
Job Description:
- Oversee recruitment, promotions, rotations, and demotions in line with company needs. Must have extensive experience in recruitment.
- Able to lead a team and foster a positive company culture.
- Manage HRGA-related administration such as cover letters, task orders, directives, attendance, etc.
- Organize activities to improve employee bonding and motivation, helping employees work more efficiently.
- Assist the team in planning and executing offline activities/events outside the office related to sales and marketing.
- Manage and maintain the workplace environment, including building utilities and company facilities.
- Create, review, and evaluate staff performance based on KPIs every month and year.
- Create, revise, and implement necessary SOPs for the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Knowledge of interview techniques and the ability to use assessment tools such as DISC, Kraeplin, Intelligence, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experienced in handling all HRGA-related administration (attendance, overtime, BPJS, correspondence, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, SumIf, etc)
- Able to work independently or collaboratively with a team
- Capable of being a leader and assertive with other employees
- Strong integrity and discipline
