Job Description:
The Junior Business Development role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. They work to expand the company’s reach and market share through various activities such as market research, networking, and sales process development.
Responsibility:
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential clients and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, including creating plans to achieve growth targets, outlining strategies for new markets, and aligning with overall company objectives.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Track key performances indicators (KPI) related to business development efforts, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
